Set appointment reminders the moment you book

Most missed appointments are not forgotten on the day. They are never written down, because you booked on the phone, while walking, with your hands full. MemoSeek is built for that moment: say it once, and it is kept.

Before you hang up

The receptionist gives you a day and a time. Before you forget which Tuesday, open MemoSeek and say it. It takes a few seconds, and you do not need to open a calendar or scroll a time picker.

You say: Remind me next Tuesday at 3 pm to leave for the dentist, appointment is at 3:40.

MemoSeek: Next Tuesday, 3:00 PM: “Leave for the dentist, appointment is at 3:40”.

You say: Remind me Sunday at 8 in the evening that Sara has the eye doctor on Monday and needs her glasses.

MemoSeek: Sunday, 8:00 PM: a reminder with what to prepare the night before.

You say: Remind me on October 12 at 8 in the morning to drop the car at the garage.

MemoSeek: October 12, 8:00 AM: “Drop the car at the garage”.

Remind yourself when you need to act

An alert at the appointment time is often too late. Set the reminder for when you need to leave, or for the evening before if you need to prepare something. If you want both, make two reminders.

Keep the details with it

When plans change

Open Record, find the reminder, and edit the time or delete it. If you say a new one instead, remember to remove the old reminder so you do not get both alerts.

Alerts depend on your iPhone settings: notification permission, Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can hide or delay them. Check these settings once, before an appointment that matters. AI can misunderstand a date, so always glance at the time MemoSeek shows.
