Terms of use

Who can use MemoSeek

You must be able to agree to these terms under the law where you live. We have not yet published a minimum age; it will be added here once decided. MemoSeek is not intended for children.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details. Never share a password or a verification code with anyone, including someone claiming to be support. Keep your email address up to date: it is how you sign in and how we confirm it is you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use MemoSeek to break the law, or to harm or harass anyone.
• Do not try to access other people’s accounts or our systems, or to work around usage limits.
• Do not add content you have no right to use.
• Do not deliberately disrupt or overload the service.

Your content

What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it, including to the AI providers described in the privacy policy, for one purpose: providing MemoSeek to you. We do not use it for advertising.

What AI can get wrong

MemoSeek uses AI to understand what you say and read your photos, and it can make mistakes: a time, a name, a number. Review important dates and details yourself.

MemoSeek is not an emergency service; do not rely on it in an emergency. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

Reminders

Whether a reminder reaches you depends on your phone: notification permission, Focus modes and other iOS settings, the operating system, the phone being on, and a connection when reminders are created. Do not rely on MemoSeek alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause serious harm.

Other companies’ services

MemoSeek relies on services from other companies: Apple (the iPhone, iOS and speech recognition), Google and OpenAI (understanding speech, reading photos and speech generation), and ElevenLabs (speech generation). When you tap Call or WhatsApp, MemoSeek opens your Phone or WhatsApp app, and what happens there is governed by that app.

Price

MemoSeek is free to use today. AI features come with a usage allowance shown in the app, and there is nothing to buy in the app. If paid features are ever introduced, these terms will be updated first.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in the app (how). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Intellectual property

MemoSeek, its name, design and software belong to Pick Pick Go Inc. or its licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the app.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
