MemoSeekMemoSeek’s reminder alerts don’t appear
MemoSeek schedules alerts on your iPhone, and iOS decides whether they show. Work through this short checklist. For the full explanation of each setting, read why reminder notifications don’t show on iPhone.
Quick checklist
- Settings → Notifications → MemoSeek: turn on Allow Notifications, with Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners ticked, and set it to Immediate Delivery (not in the Scheduled Summary).
- Settings → Focus: in each Focus you use, add MemoSeek under Allow Notifications → Apps.
- Check that the phone is not in silent mode if you expect a sound.
- Open MemoSeek → Record and check the reminder’s day and time.
Using the alert
Tap Done to mark the reminder done, or Snooze to be reminded again a little later. The alert shows the reminder text, and the contact’s name if you linked someone.
Alerts are scheduled on the phone. If your iPhone was switched off at the reminder time, or you deleted and reinstalled MemoSeek, open the app and check your upcoming reminders. MemoSeek cannot guarantee delivery and is not an emergency service.
