Privacy choices

Most of what concerns your data you can do yourself, inside the app. For anything you cannot do there, write to us.
See your data
Everything you have saved is in the app. For a copy of your data: Settings → Privacy & Data → Download my data. For any other data we hold about you, write to [email protected].
Correct your data
Edit reminders and saved items directly in the app. If something in your account cannot be changed in the app, write to [email protected].
Delete your data
Delete any item in the app, or delete your whole account: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. How deletion works and what is kept.
Download a copy
Settings → Privacy & Data → Download my data.
Manage AI processing
Settings → Privacy & Data → AI processing. If you turn it off, MemoSeek works in a limited mode: you can browse, edit and delete what you have saved, but voice, typed requests and photo reading are off. What goes to each provider.
Phone permissions
Microphone, speech recognition, contacts, photos and notifications are iOS permissions. You can change them at any time in your iPhone Settings app, under MemoSeek.
No sale, no sharing for advertising
We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. MemoSeek does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
No marketing emails
We do not send marketing emails. The emails we send are the ones your account needs, such as verification codes.
Contact
Write to [email protected] from the address on your account, so we can confirm it is you. We will never ask for your password or a verification code. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
